Business Days

Official business days are Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are non-working days. Orders are processed only during business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within standard operational timelines to ensure quality service. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days before shipping.

Delivery Method

Curve Karting delivers orders through trusted third-party courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Timeline

  • In-stock items: 5–7 business days.
  • Custom orders: Delivered according to the production time stated on the product page.

Delivery time is calculated starting from the shipping date, not the order date, and may vary depending on delivery location and courier practices.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and product type. For special or custom orders, shipping fees may be quoted after order confirmation and included in the final balance.

Delivery Address & Receipt

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. A signature may be required upon delivery as proof of receipt. The signature of any person present at the registered address will be considered confirmation that the order has been received.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If the order is not received within 7 days from the first attempt, the order may be cancelled. Customers may be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Urgent Orders

For urgent delivery requests, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team. We will do our best to support faster delivery whenever possible.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments depending on product availability or shipping arrangements.
