Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Return requests can be submitted through:

• Customer account return request
• Contacting customer service
• Email support

Shipping fees for standard returns may be deducted or calculated according to the return method.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the item:

• Has a manufacturing defect
• Does not work properly
• Does not match the product description
• Was received damaged due to shipping

You have the right to return the item within 30 days from the delivery date free of charge.

Refunds will be processed within up to 14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Return Conditions

To complete a return request, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• All accessories, labels, manuals, and included gifts must be returned
• The product must not show misuse or physical damage (excluding shipping damage)

For electronic or device-based products:

• Any passwords or personal locks must be removed before return.

If these conditions are not met, the return request may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to misuse (not shipping damage)
• Products without original packaging
• Products missing accessories or included items
• Products that were opened or unsealed (for specific product categories where sealing is required)

Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
